Women's Foundation believes women deserve equal pay for equal work and is committed to closing the gender pay gap for women and their families. Removing this barrier will allow economically self-sufficient women to lead the next chapter of economic growth.

Women in Kansas and Missouri are still making less than 80 cents of what men are paid – a pay gap that robs them of a small fortune over their lifetimes. That's why we're proud to join together with The American Association of University Women to empower women and break down barriers to economic opportunity.
